Art Competition FOSPAH
A view for women's protection at workplace

79

The Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH) recently wrapped up its inspiring artwork competition titled “Workplace Harassment: Breaking the Silence.” Designed to spark awareness and encourage open conversation around workplace harassment, the competition invited students from across the country to express their perspectives through art.

Participants were given three categories to choose from: handmade posters, digital art, and video submissions. Each category provided young artists with a creative avenue to highlight the importance of recognizing, addressing, and preventing harassment in professional settings.

The submission deadline was November 15, 2025, and the entries reflected an impressive blend of creativity, empathy, and advocacy.

The winning artworks will be showcased at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) on December 1, 2025, giving the artists a national platform to share their powerful messages.

FOSPAH’s continued commitment to empowering youth and promoting safe workplaces is evident through initiatives like these—using art not only as expression but as a meaningful tool for social change.
