Where Students
Become Authors
An initiative born inside the Faculty of Shariah & Law at the International Islamic University Islamabad. A platform that transforms academic thought into public discourse, freely and without censorship.
A Thoughtful Idea Turned Into Reality
The Prime Pen was founded by dedicated students at the Faculty of Shariah & Law, International Islamic University Islamabad, united by one belief: that young voices deserve a stage, not a filter.
What began as informal discussions in university corridors evolved into a full-fledged publishing platform serving students, researchers, and emerging professionals across Pakistan and beyond.
"Every great publication started with one person who believed their words mattered."
Today, The Prime Pen is a growing archive of legal analysis, political commentary, literature, and original research built entirely by students, for students, at no cost whatsoever.
Officially Recognized by the Federal Tax Ombudsman
The Prime Pen runs a dedicated FTO Awareness Blog, a public-interest initiative designed to raise awareness among taxpayers about their rights, remedies, and the role of the Federal Tax Ombudsman of Pakistan.
Written in accessible language by law students and legal researchers, the blog demystifies the tax complaints process, explains FTO jurisdiction, and empowers ordinary citizens to seek redress against maladministration by tax authorities.
In recognition of this contribution, The Prime Pen's FTO Awareness Blog was officially recognized by the Federal Tax Ombudsman in 2025, a landmark achievement for a student-led platform and a testament to the quality and real-world impact of the work published here.

Meet the Founder
Student-led from day one. The Prime Pen was built from one person's conviction that student voices deserve a serious platform.
A student of the Faculty of Shariah & Law at IIUI, Raja Muneeb founded The Prime Pen in January 2025 with one conviction: student voices deserve to reach beyond lecture halls. Under his leadership the platform achieved official FTO recognition, grew to 10+ contributing institutes, and established itself as Pakistan's leading student-run publication platform.
Where voices become publications, and where students become authors, researchers, and changemakers.
